Our approach for site visits during COVID-19:
The ICT Service is working to make sure that we can provide support to you when you need it. At the forefront of our minds is the continued health and safety of our staff, your staff, and your pupils.
We have put in place a COVID-19 site visit process to ensure we are doing our best to achieve our aims of delivering services to you, and keeping all personnel, school staff and pupils safe.
We will, as normal, initially attempt to resolve your issue by telephone or using remote support tools. If this does not result in a fix for your issue, we will arrange for a site visit to take place provided several key measures can be taken.
Please complete this online form that sets out clear statements that require your response. Submission of the completed form may mean further risk assessment is required or that you agree that the site visit can take place safely by meeting the requirements.
