Regular scheduled visits from a technician to meet your ICT support needs and budget
Our support covers all aspects of your ICT from hardware to software, with technicians backed by our Advanced Technical Support Team.
Visits are typically weekly, fortnightly or monthly in term time.
In addition to responding to your immediate ICT support needs, our technicians routinely undertake a proactive check of your hardware to ensure that servers are fully functional and that devices have received the very latest software updates.
Following each visit, our technicians provide a report summarising all actions taken.
All technicians are enhanced DBS checked and have a wealth of experience supporting schools, providing advice and guidance to ensure you get the best use from your ICT investment.
A dedicated, highly trained and reliable technician, familiar with your ICT infrastructure and staff, onsite in school for a half or full day at a frequency that meets your needs.

How do we log issues for the technician?
Incidents/requests will be logged by the school, ideally in a logbook or electronically via email, prior to each visit.

What if there are no issues?
In addition to any logged or requested tasks, your technician will also complete a number of standard checks to ensure your systems are running smoothly.
How do we know when issues are resolved?
All tasks completed during a visit will be entered in our service desk system. An email report containing the details of tasks completed will be sent within a week of the visit to a named contact.
How many visits do we get?
All schools will be sent a schedule of visits. We will provide no less than 6 Bi Monthly, 10 monthly, 19 fortnightly or 37 weekly visits. Weekly visits may fluctuate depending on the school year.
