Question: I’ve logged in to https://uat.cambsed.net, and clicked the Central Hosting – for any browser bookmark, but the following error appears:

Question: I’m using Chrome and have logged into https://uat.cambsed.net, when I try to connect to Central Hosting the following appears, and it goes no further:

Question: Can I make the screen larger?

Answer: Yes, click on this icon Illustration at the top right corner of your screen. If you are using Chrome the following popup will appear:

Click Full Screen to view the session in a full screen.

If you click Fit to View, bars will appear down the sides of the screen.

This screen appears in the top centre:

Click Allow

If you are using Internet Explorer – HTML5 then the following pop up will appear:

There is no full screen option in Internet Explorer – HTML5. Fit to View has grey bars to the left and right of the screen:

Question: Which browser gives me the best overall experience across all devices?

Question: Seems to struggle to run when Internet Explorer is in Protected Mode. The software enables you to login, but when you choose to run the “Remote Access for Internet Explorer” the add-ons will not run. Remove “Protected Mode” and it is fine.

Question: I have found the ability to use alternative browsers and devices very valuable although most applications within Central Hosted are not designed for touch, is there a way around this?
