We can perform a remote repair of the device, and ensure that any missing settings or apps are re-applied.
What if a user gets locked out of their iPad or other iOS (Apple) device?
If a user is locked out we can initialise a remote unlock of the device.
What if an iPad or other iOS (Apple) device is lost or stolen?
We can perform a remote wipe of the device. This will automatically delete all data stored on the device the next time the device is connected to the internet.
What happens if we want a configuration change or app install for our iPads or other iOS (Apple) devices?
If you wish to change the restrictions applied to the iPads or other iOS devices, modify settings or install apps, we can undertake this for you on request.
What happens if we want a change to the web filtering system?
Your request to block or unblock a website will be evaluated from an E-Safety perspective and, if appropriate, the necessary changes will be made. (See separate Enhanced Web Filtering product sheet).
