Do I need three quotes when purchasing equipment from The ICT Service?
If you are a Maintained school then we are part of your LA, therefore the requirement to have three quotes is not applicable. If you are an Academy then please refer to your school’s procurement policy.
Does The ICT Service have access to special offers?
Yes, due to our links to market leading companies we do have opportunities for significant savings.
Can our ICT equipment be upgraded?
The ICT Service provides an ICT Equipment Audit service that will highlight the equipment suitable for upgrade. We are able to quote for the entire process from licensing through to upgrade and installation.
Can equipment purchased elsewhere be installed?
We are able to install most devices ‘out of the box’. In some cases additional configuration may be needed.
Are installations guaranteed in any way?
All of our installations are covered for a period of 30 working days. If you need to raise any issue, please contact our Helpline team within this period.
