CTF Import Issue – Online Services
If you have missed previous ‘Helplines EXTRA’ communications from The ICT Service, we need to advise you that a bug was identified in SIMS (prior to the Summer upgrade) which could have resulted in contact details already present in SIMS being corrupted by imported data in CTF files.
Patches have been made available and applied to enable schools to check if their school’s data may have been affected.
We advised that once checks have been run and any corrections have been made you should confirm with us and a further patch will then be applied and access to online services, such as Agora and Parent App, will be restored.
