Academies - Remote Access Key Fob Annual Maintenance Charging Process

The 2017-18 Signup Form for Academy schools will include the annual maintenance charge for active remote access key fobs.
 
The charge applied to your school will be based on the number of active key fobs recorded on our system on Friday 12 May 2017.
 
Please take the opportunity to check the activation status of key fobs applied to your school and make any changes required before this date by contacting the Customer Service Team at The ICT Service Helpline on 0300 300 0000 or by email to support@thiectservice.org.uk
 
This will ensure that the correct charging data can be applied to our records ahead of the distribution of the Annual Signup Form for services w/c 12 June 2017 for schools signing up for September 2017.
