The ICT service

Admin Angels: Employment opportunity

Purpose: Opportunity for part time work
Audience: School Admin Staff – part-time or recently retired

The ICT Service is looking to recruit more ‘Angels’ for our Admin Angels Service

We provide SIMS Schools Support Officers to schools that need short term cover for staff absences, of usually one or two days a week for one to four weeks, sometimes up to six months.

We are now expanding our pool of experienced SIMS practitioners to provide this service for schools in the future.

Our Admin Angels will take on ‘relief’ contracts and this opportunity may be of interest to part-time school admin staff that want to increase their hours, or recently retired staff looking for some additional income to supplement pensions.

We provide paid training opportunities for our Admin Angels to ensure they can provide a skilled and well-informed support service to schools.

Please feel free to pass this information on to anyone who you know might be interested. For more information please contact The ICT Service Helpline on 0300 300 0000 (and press 3) and ask for Matthew Nall, Anne Trace or Kath Ryans, or emailsupport@theictservice.org.uk.

The role is subject to Enhanced DBS check.
