The Primary Awards event took place at the Cambridge Corn Exchange on Thursday 7 July 2016.

Over 1000 adults and children were invited to attend to celebrate their achievements and share the evening with the VIP guest Katie ('Tag') Garwood.  Katie lives in St Neots and went to Middlefield Primary School before gaining a scholarship to a London dance school.

Our VIP Katie took the stage just after the interval and was able to relay to those attending the highlights of her career so far… singing with Robbie Williams at the London Palladium, a long run in the West End musical stage show Billy Elliot plus having just completed the CBBC programme Hank Zipzer where she played the part of school bully Adele.
